Circle rates and ready reckoner rates displayed on this Site are sourced from the following official government portals:

• Maharashtra — eASR 1.9 portal operated by the Inspector General of Registration and Stamps (IGRS), Maharashtra (easr.igrmaharashtra.gov.in)
• Delhi, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Tripura, Manipur, Mizoram, Dadra & Nagar Haveli — NGDRS (National Generic Document Registration System) valuation portal operated by the National Informatics Centre on behalf of participating state governments (ngdrs.gov.in)
• Himachal Pradesh (notifications) — HP Revenue Department official PDF notifications (MIS Reports)

We endeavour to keep data current, but rates are updated periodically by state governments and our data may lag behind the most recent notifications. Circle rates change at least once a year and sometimes more frequently.

Always verify current rates with the relevant Sub-Registrar Office (SRO) or the official state portal before using any rate for a legal transaction, registration, or financial decision. CircleRate.co.in data is for reference and informational purposes only.

3. No Warranty
